Human UCP2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double antibody assay from Assay Genie is designed for the precise measurement of UCP2 (mitochondrial uncoupling protein 2) levels in human samples. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with results read colorimetrically.

Reported linearity values are: serum (n=5) 86-101% at 1:2, 85-99% at 1:4, and 83-96% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) 93-102%, 84-100%, and 83-97%; and heparin plasma (n=5) 85-103%, 83-96%, and 80-86%. Reported recovery is 88-104% (average 91%) for serum, 89-104% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma, and 89-99% (average 97%) for heparin plasma. Storage is recommended at 2-8°C for 12 months.
