Built around matched antibody pairs on a microplate, this Assay Genie ELISA kit provides a colorimetric readout for Ubiquitin C-terminal Hydrolase L5 (UCHL5, also called UCH37), a cysteine-dependent deubiquitinase linked to the 26S proteasome and the INO80 chromatin-remodeling complex. The assay is intended for research use only and supports studies of proteasomal regulation, ubiquitin-dependent protein turnover, and cancer biomarker profiling in oncology and cell biology workflows.

Each kit supplies reagents for 96 individual determinations and is validated for measuring UCHL5 in serum-derived and plasma-derived specimen types.
