Human UBR2 ELISA Kit (HUFI05823)

The Assay Genie UBR2 ELISA kit provides quantitative measurement of Ubiquitin Protein Ligase E3 Component N-Recognin 2 (UBR2) in research samples. UBR2 functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase within the N-end rule pathway, where it recognizes substrate proteins bearing destabilizing N-terminal residues and targets them for proteasomal degradation. Research has linked UBR2 activity to spermatogenesis, chromatin remodeling during meiosis, and tumor cell proliferation, making reliable quantification useful for mechanistic studies and translational investigation.

Each kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant UBR2 standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop solution. Reconstituted standards and detection reagent are stored at -20 °C for long-term stability, while the sealed microplate should be refrigerated until first use. Unused wells are sealed with the desiccant pack provided to preserve antibody activity across freeze-thaw cycles.

The absorbance-based readout is captured on a standard microplate reader and unknown concentrations are interpolated from the supplied standard curve. The kit is intended for research use only and is not validated for diagnostic or clinical decision-making.
