Human UBR1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human UBR1 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format is intended for research applications in signal transduction, supporting studies of protein degradation and regulation, with relevance to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic disorders.

Linearity in dilution testing (1:2, 1:4, 1:8; n=5) was 95–104%, 86–103%, 90–105% for serum; 83–94%, 84–99%, 83–96% for EDTA plasma; and 81–97%, 80–92%, 83–96% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages were 93% for serum (range 86–101%), 93% for EDTA plasma (87–100%), and 97% for heparin plasma (85–104%).

Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. The procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody step, a 30-minute HRP-streptavidin binding step, and TMB color development for 10–20 minutes in the dark, with absorbance read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
