The Human Ubiquitin-like protein 5 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is built around a competitive immunoassay format in which sample antigen competes with reference antigen for binding to a specific capture antibody immobilized on the microplate. UBL5, also referred to as Hub1, is a small ubiquitin-like modifier that participates in pre-mRNA splicing and has been linked to telomere maintenance and ribosomal subunit maturation, making quantitative measurement relevant in cell biology and oncology research workflows.

Each kit provides reagents sufficient for 96 determinations run on a standard microplate, with absorbance read in a benchtop plate reader.
