Human Ubiquitin D ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables precise quantification of ubiquitin D levels in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples using a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. The assay delivers a sensitivity of 3.75 pg/mL and a working range of 6.25–400 pg/mL, and is configured for human reactivity.

Ubiquitin D is described as a key regulator of protein degradation involved in cell cycle progression, DNA repair, and immune response, with dysregulation linked to neurodegenerative disorders, cancer, and inflammatory conditions, making it a relevant biomarker for disease research and therapy development. Performance has been validated for linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 in serum (87–105%), EDTA plasma (82–101%), and heparin plasma (80–100%). Spike-and-recovery testing returned averages of 95% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma, and 96% in heparin plasma.

Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months, and the kit is intended for research applications.
