Human Ubiquitin Conjugating Enzyme E2L3 (UBE2L3) ELISA Kit

UBE2L3 encodes an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme, also known as UBCH7, that transfers activated ubiquitin from E1 activating enzymes to substrate-specific E3 ligases including c-Cbl, Parkin, and the linear ubiquitin chain assembly complex component HOIP. Functional studies have mapped UBE2L3 activity to K48-linked and linear (M1-linked) polyubiquitin chain formation, placing the enzyme within the ubiquitin-proteasome system that controls protein turnover, NF-κB signaling, and immune cell activation.

Quantitative measurement of UBE2L3 protein supports research into autoimmune conditions such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Crohn's disease, and rheumatoid arthritis, where UBE2L3 polymorphisms have been linked to disease susceptibility in genome-wide studies. The enzyme is also studied in cancer cell survival pathways and neurodegenerative protein quality control.
