Human Ubiquitin Conjugating Enzyme E2C (UBE2C) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie UBE2C kit supports quantitative measurement of the 19.6 kDa human UBE2C protein (also known as UBCH10), the catalytic E2 partner of the Anaphase-Promoting Complex/Cyclosome (APC/C) that drives mitotic progression and ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis of securin and cyclin B. Researchers commonly apply this assay to investigate UBE2C overexpression in tumor tissue and cancer cell line models, including studies of breast, ovarian, lung, and colorectal carcinoma. The capture antibody is specific to human UBE2C, allowing selective detection in tissue homogenates and cell lysates without significant cross-reactivity with related E2 family members. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate and is intended for research use only in vitro applications.
