The Human UBE2L3 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie measures the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 L3, also known as UBCH7, a central conjugating enzyme of the ubiquitin-proteasome system. UBE2L3 partners with HECT and RBR E3 ligases to transfer ubiquitin onto substrate proteins, and genome-wide association studies have linked UBE2L3 variants to autoimmune phenotypes including systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, and Crohn's disease. This makes the kit useful for immunological biomarker research, NF-κB pathway studies, and investigations into protein turnover regulation.
