The Human UBE2F ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is configured as a 96 Assays microplate kit for quantitative measurement of UBE2F, the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2F that catalyzes NEDD8 conjugation of cullin scaffolds. The assay uses a human-specific capture antibody, with no significant cross-reactivity reported against the paralog UBE2M (UBC12), supporting selective quantification of UBE2F in cell lysates and tissue homogenates. Each microplate ships with pre-coated wells, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-enzyme conjugate, reference standards, wash concentrate, and substrate solution sufficient for one plate run. Reconstituted standards and antibody vials should be stored frozen at -20°C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while the sealed plate is held refrigerated at 4°C until first use; the full kit carries a shelf life of 6 months from receipt and is labeled for research use only.
