Human UBB/Ubiquitin-B ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is configured for the quantitative measurement of Ubiquitin B (UBB) in human samples. The double-antibody sandwich assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

The reported sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL with a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 (n=5) is given as 85–104%, 82–101% and 80–89% for serum; 93–103%, 82–96% and 80–95% for EDTA plasma; and 85–99%, 82–101% and 85–100% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery in serum (n=5) spans 87–103% with an average of 93%, in EDTA plasma spans 85–104% with an average of 92%, and in heparin plasma spans 88–100% with an average of 96%. Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months, and absorbance is read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development.
