Human UBASH3A ELISA Kit (HUFI05867)

The Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of UBASH3A, the Ubiquitin-Associated and SH3 Domain-Containing Protein A that acts as a negative regulator of T-cell receptor signaling. UBASH3A is encoded on chromosome 21q22.3 and has been repeatedly flagged in genome-wide association studies as a type 1 diabetes susceptibility gene, making it a target of interest in autoimmune disease research, TCR signal transduction studies, and investigations of immune cell signaling pathways.

The kit is supplied in a 96 Assays microplate format with colorimetric readout, intended for in vitro research use. Specimens are of human origin, supplied as either serum or plasma.
