Human UBAP2/Ubiquitin-associated protein 2-like ELISA Kit

UBAP2 is described as a critical protein that interacts with ubiquitin, playing a role in protein degradation and trafficking. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a standard curve range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Recovery in spiked samples was 85-98% (average 91%) for serum, 85-103% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma, and 96-101% (average 99%) for heparin plasma. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions was 86-104%, 86-100%, and 81-99% for serum; 86-99%, 82-99%, and 83-91% for EDTA plasma; and 85-104%, 90-100%, and 83-92% for heparin plasma.

Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C, where the kit remains stable for 12 months. The workflow includes primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate development for 10-20 minutes in the dark, with absorbance read at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
