Human UBA6 ELISA Kit (HUFI05863)

UBA6, also called UBE1L2 or E1-L2, is the second ubiquitin-activating enzyme identified in mammals. It initiates ubiquitin conjugation through an ATP-dependent mechanism and uniquely activates the ubiquitin-fold modifier UFM1, making it a focal point for research into non-canonical ubiquitination, the unfolded protein response, and tumor biology. This Assay Genie kit supports quantitative detection of UBA6 in human serum/plasma specimens, with a human-specific capture antibody and a colorimetric readout that allows researchers to interpolate unknown concentrations against a standard curve.

Each kit contains reagents sufficient for 96 Assays on a microplate format. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be kept refrigerated; unused strips should be resealed with desiccant and protected from light to preserve shelf life.
