Human Tyrosine-protein kinase ZAP-70 (ZAP70) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Tyrosine-protein kinase ZAP-70 in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. ZAP70 is described as a tyrosine kinase of the Syk family that plays an essential role in regulation of the adaptive immune response, regulating motility, adhesion and cytokine expression of mature T-cells, as well as thymocyte development, and it contributes to the development and activation of primary B-lymphocytes. Dysregulation of ZAP70 has been linked to autoimmune diseases and certain types of cancers, with the research area noted as Cancer.

The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and demonstrates a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.2ng/mL. Intra CV is 5.7% and Inter CV is 9.8%. Linearity is reported across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Recovery is reported as 85% (range 80-91%) for serum and 87% (range 81-93%) for plasma.
