Human Tyrosine-protein kinase transmembrane receptor ROR1 (ROR1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Tyrosine-protein kinase transmembrane receptor ROR1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is specific for natural and recombinant human ROR1. The target protein, also known by the synonyms Neurotrophic tyrosine kinase, receptor-related 1 and NTRKR1, is a single-pass type I membrane protein classified under UniProt entry Q01973. According to its annotated function, ROR1 displays very low kinase activity in vitro and may act as a receptor for the wnt ligand WNT5A, which may result in the inhibition of WNT3A-mediated signaling.
