Human Tyrosine-protein kinase SYK (SYK) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative detection of Tyrosine-protein kinase SYK (SYK) in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. SYK, also known as Spleen tyrosine kinase or p72-Syk, is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase that mediates signal transduction downstream of classical immunoreceptors including the B-cell receptor, regulating processes including innate and adaptive immunity, cell adhesion, osteoclast maturation, platelet activation and vascular development.

The kit is reactive with human samples and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Tyrosine-protein kinase SYK. It is intended for research use only within immunology, supporting studies where SYK dysregulation has been associated with autoimmune diseases, cancer and inflammatory disorders. The associated Uniprot entry is P43405, and the target is localised to the cell membrane, cytoplasm and cytosol.

According to the manufacturer datasheet, the detection range is 0.312-20ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.156ng/mL. Intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery data are provided with the kit.
