Human Tyrosine-protein kinase JAK3 (JAK3) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA developed by Assay Genie for the detection of human Tyrosine-protein kinase JAK3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples and recognises both natural and recombinant forms of the target. Synonyms for the protein include Janus kinase 3, Leukocyte janus kinase, JAK-3 and L-JAK, and the UniProt entry is P52333. Detection is colorimetric and the kit is intended for research use only within the Signal Transduction research area.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 36pg/mL. Precision values are an intra-assay CV of 4.3% and an inter-assay CV of 8.6%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery has been measured at an average of 98% (range 92-104%) in serum and 100% (range 94-106%) in plasma.
