Human Tyrosine-protein kinase JAK2 (JAK2) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Tyrosine-protein kinase JAK2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. JAK2 is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a pivotal role in cytokine receptor signalling, regulating processes such as cell growth, development, differentiation and immune response. Dysregulation of JAK2 has been implicated in myeloproliferative disorders and certain types of leukemia, making it a valuable target for diagnostic and therapeutic research.

The assay has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.076 ng/mL. It is reactive with human samples and detects both natural and recombinant human Tyrosine-protein kinase JAK2 (UniProt O60674). Intra-assay CV is 4.1% and inter-assay CV is 8.6%. Spiking recovery in serum averages 112% (range 106–118%) and in plasma averages 114% (range 108–120%), with linearity demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
