Human Tyrosine-protein kinase JAK1 (JAK1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Tyrosine-protein kinase JAK1 (JAK1), a key non-receptor tyrosine kinase in the JAK/STAT signaling pathway involved in cell growth, differentiation, and immune response. The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is intended for research use only, including studies of JAK1 dysregulation in cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.78–50 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.34 ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 4.9% and inter-assay CV of 8.5%. Linearity in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma is reported across serial dilutions, and recovery is documented for serum (average 80%, range 80–85%) and plasma (average 81%, range 80–87%).
