Human Tyrosine 3/Tryptophan 5 Monooxygenase Activation Protein Zeta (YWHAz) ELISA Kit

YWHAz, also known as 14-3-3 zeta/delta, is an adapter protein of approximately 28 kDa that binds phosphoserine and phosphothreonine motifs and regulates signal transduction, apoptosis, cell cycle progression, and cytoskeletal dynamics. The Assay Genie kit uses a human-specific capture antibody pair, supporting research into oncology, neurodegeneration, and metabolic disease where altered 14-3-3 zeta expression has been documented in tumor biopsies, neuronal tissue, and patient-derived lysates.

Each microplate is pre-coated and supplied with reference standards, detection antibody, enzyme conjugate, substrate solution, and stop reagent. Reconstituted reagents should be stored at 4 °C for short-term use and at -20 °C for long-term stability; the kit is intended for in vitro research use only.
