Human TXNDC17 ELISA Kit (HUFI05871)

TXNDC17 is a thioredoxin-domain transmembrane protein localized to the endoplasmic reticulum, where it supports redox homeostasis, disulfide bond rearrangement, and the unfolded protein response. This Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human TXNDC17 in research samples through a microplate-based colorimetric readout, supplied in a 96 Assays configuration.

The kit provides pre-coated wells, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrated standards, wash buffer, and TMB substrate for a complete plate run. Each well requires 100 µL of sample, and absorbance is recorded on a standard plate reader. No significant cross-reactivity is reported with mouse or rat orthologues, supporting human-specific capture. Reagents should be refrigerated between uses and protected from light.
