Human Tumor Protein p53 Binding Protein 1 (TP53BP1) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human TP53BP1 (also called 53BP1) in research samples, supporting investigation of DNA double-strand break repair, ATM-dependent checkpoint signaling, and p53-mediated tumor suppression. The assay is configured on a microplate in a 96-assay format with colorimetric readout, validated for use with tissue homogenates and other prepared human biological samples.

TP53BP1 plays a central role in non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) and is recruited to chromatin flanking DNA double-strand breaks. The kit is commonly applied to studies of BRCA1-deficient tumor radiosensitivity, class switch recombination in B lymphocytes, and cell cycle G1/S and G2/M checkpoint control. Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent sufficient for 96 determinations.

For optimal reagent stability, store unopened components refrigerated at 4 °C and protect the substrate from light. Reconstituted standards and diluted samples should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Intended for research use only.
