Human Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 9 (TNFRSF9) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 9 (TNFRSF9), also known as CD137. The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. As a member of the TNF receptor superfamily, TNFRSF9 contributes to T-cell clonal expansion, survival and development and is a focus of research into immune regulation, inflammation and cancer immunotherapy.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2-2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 10 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.2% and inter-assay CV is 9.5%. Recovery is 94% (range 88-100%) in serum and 96% (range 90-102%) in plasma. Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions spans approximately 81-126% in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. The kit recognises natural and recombinant human TNFRSF9 (UniProt Q07011), a single-pass type I membrane receptor for TNFSF9/4-1BBL that interacts with TRAF1, TRAF2 and TRAF3.

Supplied reagents comprise a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, sample diluent, assay diluents A and B, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate solution, stop solution and plate sealers.
