Human Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 6B (TNFRSF6B) ELISA Kit

The assay is reactive with human samples and recognises natural and recombinant human TNFRSF6B. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 4.4% and inter-assay precision at 7.3%. Linearity has been validated across dilutions in serum (e.g. 111-120% at 1:2, 97-106% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (e.g. 94-106% at 1:2, 107-117% at 1:8) and heparin plasma (e.g. 105-116% at 1:2, 81-89% at 1:8). Recovery is reported at 97% (range 91-103%) for serum and 99% (range 93-105%) for plasma.

TNFRSF6B, also known by synonyms including Decoy receptor 3, DcR3, M68, TR6 and DCR3, is a secreted decoy receptor that neutralises the cytotoxic ligands TNFS14/LIGHT, TNFSF15 and TNFSF6/FASL and protects against apoptosis.
