Human Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1A (TNFRSF1A) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a sandwich ELISA kit for quantitative measurement of human Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1A (TNFRSF1A). The assay is colorimetric and has been evaluated with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 10 pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.0%. Dilutional linearity (N=5) across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is 104-114%, 104-114%, 100-113% and 106-118% in serum; 95-104%, 94-106%, 100-111% and 115-124% in EDTA plasma; and 100-109%, 111-120%, 105-116% and 98-108% in heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages are 89% (range 83-95%) in serum and 91% (range 85-97%) in plasma. Specificity is given for natural and recombinant human TNFRSF1A.

TNFRSF1A (UniProt P19438) is a receptor for TNFSF2/TNF-alpha and homotrimeric TNFSF1/lymphotoxin-alpha, mediating apoptosis via a FADD/caspase-8 death-inducing signaling complex and activating NF-kappaB through TRADD-associated proteins.
