Human Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 14 (TNFRSF14) ELISA Kit

TNFRSF14 is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily involved in regulating immune responses and apoptosis, and its dysregulation has been associated with autoimmune disease, inflammatory conditions, and cancer progression.

The assay has a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.2% and inter-assay CV is 7.6%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions. Recovery in serum averages 90% (range 84-96%) and in plasma averages 92% (range 86-98%). The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human TNFRSF14 and is intended for research use only in the field of immunology.
