Human Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 13C (TNFRSF13C) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of human Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 13C (TNFRSF13C), also known as BAFF-R or CD268, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie provides a sensitive tool for immunology and cancer research. The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.057ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 4.8% CV and inter-assay precision at 9.2% CV. Linearity has been validated across serial dilutions in serum (86-117%), EDTA plasma (87-105%) and heparin plasma (85-118%). Recovery in serum averages 97% (range 91-103%) and in plasma averages 99% (range 93-105%). The assay recognises both natural and recombinant human TNFRSF13C and is calibrated against UniProt entry Q96RJ3.

TNFRSF13C functions as a B-cell receptor specific for TNFSF13B/TALL1/BAFF/BLyS, promoting survival of mature B-cells and supporting the B-cell response. The kit is supplied for research use only.
