From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 10B (TNFRSF10B), also referred to as Death receptor 5, DR5, TRAIL receptor 2 and CD262 — a cell surface receptor that plays a critical role in the regulation of apoptosis and immune responses.

The assay uses an ELISA-based detection method and is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Specificity covers natural and recombinant human TNFRSF10B. According to the manufacturer's specifications, the detection range is 0.31–20.0 ng/mL, with a sensitivity of 0.16 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.8% and inter-assay CV is 8.6%.

Reported linearity in serum at 1:2 to 1:16 dilution spans 84–123%, with EDTA plasma 94–120% and heparin plasma 87–113%. Recovery in serum averages 89% (range 83–95%) and in plasma 91% (range 85–97%). The kit is for research use only and is directed to the cancer research area.
