Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (TNFa) ELISA Kit

This colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human TNFα across serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. The kit ships with a pre-coated 96-well microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized TNFα standards, and substrate solution.

Validated performance specifications include a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, sensitivity of less than 9.4 pg/mL, and a recommended sample volume of 100 uL per well. The assay demonstrates human-specific reactivity with no significant cross-reactivity observed against related cytokines including TNFβ, IL-1β, and IL-6.
