Human Tumor necrosis factor alpha-induced protein 3 (TNFAIP3) ELISA Kit

An Assay Genie Sandwich ELISA enables quantitative measurement of human Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha-Induced Protein 3 (TNFAIP3), a ubiquitin-editing enzyme involved in immune and inflammatory responses signaled by cytokines such as TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta, and by pathogens via Toll-like receptors, through terminating NF-kappa-B activity. TNFAIP3, also referred to as A20, is of research interest in autoimmune disease, inflammatory disorders, and cancer.

The colorimetric assay is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, with a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL. Performance figures include an intra-assay CV of 6.3%, an inter-assay CV of 11.5%, and recovery averaging 98% for serum and 100% for plasma. Linearity has been verified in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. For research use only.

Applications include immunology research focused on TNFAIP3's role in regulating ubiquitin ligase complexes containing TRAF6 and TRAF2, modulating IKK activity, and editing ubiquitin chains including 'Lys-48'- and 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin.
