Human TULP1 ELISA Kit (HUFI05872)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures human Tubby Like Protein 1 (TULP1) in research samples and is built to support ophthalmology and retinal degeneration research. TULP1 is a photoreceptor-enriched protein localized to the connecting cilium and inner segment of rod and cone cells, where it participates in protein trafficking between the inner and outer segments. Loss-of-function variants in TULP1 cause autosomal recessive retinitis pigmentosa (RP14) and Leber congenital amaurosis (LCA15), making the protein a key target in studies of ciliopathies and inherited retinal dystrophies. The 96 Assays kit is provided in a microplate layout with a colorimetric readout that can be read on standard plate readers.
