Human Tubulin Polymerization Promoting ProteinTPPP/TPPP ELISA Kit

The procedure involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature and loading standards, samples, and controls onto the pre-coated plate, followed by primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stopping the reaction.
