Human Tubulin beta chain (TUBB) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise quantification of human tubulin beta chain (TUBB) levels in human samples. It uses a colorimetric detection method and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human tubulin beta chain.

The kit delivers a detection range of 1.56-100ng/mL with a reported sensitivity of 0.98ng/mL. Precision performance shows an intra-assay CV of 4.8% and inter-assay CV of 7.9%, and linearity was assessed across serial dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. Recovery averaged 101% (range 95-107%) for serum and 103% (range 97-109%) for plasma.
