Human TUBA1B (Tubulin alpha-1B chain) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody immunoassay kit designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human TUBA1B (Tubulin alpha-1B chain) concentrations. The colorimetric assay works with serum, plasma, and a broad range of other biological fluids, including cell culture supernatants, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, cell lysates, and tissue homogenates. Tubulin alpha-1B chain is a critical component of microtubules, essential for cell structure and division, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, neurological disorders, and developmental abnormalities.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.094ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156-10ng/ml. Recovery following spiking was 85-103% (average 95%) in serum, 87-101% (average 96%) in EDTA plasma, and 87-105% (average 97%) in UFH plasma. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions gave 86-102%, 92-105%, and 89-104% for serum; 83-96%, 83-101%, and 84-98% for EDTA plasma; and 81-89%, 81-95%, and 87-98% for UFH plasma. Precision was Intra-Assay CV<8% and Inter-Assay CV<10%. The kit is supplied For Research Use Only with recommended storage at 4°C for 6 months.
