Human TTN (Titin) CLIA Kit (HUES00316)

Assay Genie's Chemiluminescence Immunoassay kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human TTN (Titin) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay employs a Sandwich CLIA principle, in which a microplate pre-coated with a TTN-specific antibody is incubated with standards or samples, followed by sequential addition of a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. After washing and substrate addition, the resulting Relative Light Unit (RLU) signal is measured on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer and is positively associated with the concentration of Human TTN.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 37.50 pg/mL and a detection range of 62.50-4000 pg/mL, with an assay time of 4.5 hours and a sample volume of 100 µL. The manufacturer states that both intra-CV and inter-CV are < 15%, and that no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human TTN and analogues was observed.
