The Human TTL ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Tubulin Tyrosine Ligase (TTL), the unique enzyme that catalyzes post-translational re-tyrosination of alpha-tubulin's C-terminal glutamate residue. TTL is a key regulator of microtubule stability, with documented roles in neuronal differentiation, mitotic spindle assembly, and cytoskeletal remodeling in non-neuronal tissues. Researchers investigating neurodegeneration, cancer cell migration, or developmental biology can monitor TTL concentrations in cleared human clinical specimens. Each microplate ships in a sealed foil pouch containing pre-coated wells, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, and TMB substrate.
