Human TTF2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format for the quantitative detection of human Thyroid Transcription Factor 2 (TTF2). The assay is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and readout is by colorimetric measurement at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

Reported analytical performance includes a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a measuring range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity in diluted serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma falls between 83% and 104% across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions. Spike-and-recovery across the same matrices is reported between 85% and 103%, with mean recoveries of 92% (serum), 94% (EDTA plasma) and 95% (heparin plasma). The workflow involves a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotinylated detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes at 37°C, and HRP-streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes at 37°C, with TMB development in the dark for 10–20 minutes. Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
