Human TTC4 ELISA Kit (HUFI05897)

The Assay Genie Human TTC4 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of tetratricopeptide repeat domain protein 4, a chaperone-associated factor implicated in melanoma susceptibility, hepatic oxidative stress response, and cell cycle regulation pathways.

This microplate-based kit supports research applications including biomarker discovery in oncology, hepatology, and studies of cellular stress responses. The capture and detection antibody pair targets epitopes specific to the human TTC4 isoform, minimizing cross-reactivity with related tetratricopeptide repeat proteins. A typical 100 µL sample volume is loaded per well during the protocol.

Each kit contains pre-coated capture antibody wells, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized TTC4 protein standard, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, and wash buffer.
