TTBK2 (Tau Tubulin Kinase 2) is a serine/threonine kinase with roles in tau phosphorylation, primary cilia assembly, and cerebellar neuron function. Loss-of-function mutations in the TTBK2 gene cause spinocerebellar ataxia type 11, and altered TTBK2 activity has been reported in tauopathies relevant to Alzheimer's disease research. This ELISA from Assay Genie provides a quantitative antibody-based method for measuring human TTBK2 protein in translational studies of neurodegeneration and ciliopathies.
