Human TSNAX (Translin-associated protein X) ELISA Kit (HUFI08342)

This Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of Translin-associated protein X (TSNAX) in human serum or plasma specimens. TSNAX forms the C3PO ribonuclease complex with its binding partner Translin (TSN), contributing to microRNA maturation within the RISC pathway, neuronal mRNA transport and translation regulation, and DNA recombination events during spermatogenesis and meiotic crossover formation.

Investigations into maturity-onset diabetes of the young (MODY8), neurodegenerative disease risk loci, and reproductive biology are supported by accurate TSNAX protein quantification.
