The microplate-based protocol uses a matched antibody pair with a standard curve spanning 31.2 to 2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity below 10 pg/mL. A 100 μL sample volume per well is required, and the assay tolerates cell culture supernatant, heparin plasma, and serum matrices with minimal interference.
