Human Tryptase gamma/TPSG1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit for the quantitative detection of human Tryptase gamma/TPSG1. The kit is intended for use with human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is suitable for research applications exploring the role of TPSG1 in immune and inflammatory pathways such as allergies, asthma, and autoimmune diseases. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm following addition of TMB substrate and stop solution.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a detection range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity in serum (n = 5) is reported at 85-105% (1:2), 85-103% (1:4), and 87-105% (1:8); EDTA plasma (n = 5) at 84-99%, 83-101%, and 82-100%; and heparin plasma (n = 5) at 87-100%, 83-100%, and 83-98%. Recovery averages are 96% for serum (range 90-99%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 86-102%), and 96% for heparin plasma (range 88-105%). The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
