Human Tryptase ELISA Kit

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human tryptase (TPS) in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids, this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody method for accurate detection and quantification. Tryptase is an enzyme primarily produced by mast cells, and its measurement is essential for diagnosing and monitoring mast cell activation-related disorders such as anaphylaxis and mastocytosis.

It features a pre-coated plate and includes all necessary reagents to start quickly, providing reproducible and reliable results. Recovery was 88–96% (average 92%) in serum, 90–103% (average 95%) in EDTA plasma, and 86–105% (average 94%) in UFH plasma. Linearity in spiked samples tested at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions ranged from 80% to 103% across serum, EDTA plasma, and UFH plasma matrices. Intra-assay precision is CV<8% and inter-assay precision is CV<10%. Reagents are stored at 4°C for 6 months, with the lyophilized standard also suitable at –20°C.
