Human Tryptase beta-2/TPSB2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1177)

Tryptase beta-2 (TPSB2) is a mast cell-derived serine protease implicated in allergic inflammation, asthma, and tissue remodeling. The Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of TPSB2 in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum using a matched antibody pair microplate format with colorimetric readout.

Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant standards, and streptavidin-HRP reagent sufficient to generate a full standard curve alongside unknown samples. A 100 ul sample volume is loaded per well, and the human-specific capture antibody pair shows no significant cross-reactivity with related tryptase isoforms, supporting selective quantification of TPSB2 across physiological and elevated concentrations seen in mast cell activation disorders.
