Human Trypsin 2/PRSS2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1197)

The PRSS2 (Trypsin 2) ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human Trypsin 2 protein in research samples. Trypsin 2 is a pancreatic serine protease encoded by the PRSS2 gene, expressed primarily by pancreatic acinar cells and secreted as part of the digestive enzyme cascade. Research applications include acute and chronic pancreatitis studies, pancreatic exocrine function investigations, and tumor biology work where aberrant trypsinogen expression has been linked to invasion and metastasis in certain cancers.

This kit uses an absorbance-based immunoassay format and is supplied as a complete 96-assay microplate pack sufficient for running standards, controls, and unknown samples in parallel.
