Human Trypsin 2/PRSS2 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human Trypsin 2 (PRSS2) ELISA Kit is a colorimetric sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of trypsin 2 in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Trypsin 2, also known as PRSS2, is a serine protease involved in protein digestion and cellular processes, with abnormal levels having been linked to pancreatic disorders and inflammatory conditions.

Detection uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody with HRP-streptavidin binding, TMB substrate development, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm. The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. It is intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months and is suitable for research use in areas including cell biology.
