Human Trypsin-2 (PRSS2) ELISA Kit

Trypsin 2, also referred to as PRSS2, is a serine protease central to protein digestion and various cellular processes, with dysregulation linked to pancreatic disorders and inflammatory conditions. This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Trypsin 2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human Trypsin-2.

The assay reports a sensitivity of 12 pg/mL and a detection range of 31.2-2000 pg/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 4.2% and an inter-assay CV of 8.2%. Linearity has been evaluated across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, and recovery has been assessed in serum and plasma. The kit is intended for research use only and is suited to studies within the cancer research area.
