Human TRUB1/TruB pseudouridine (psi)synthase homolog 1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human TRUB1 (TruB pseudouridine (psi) synthase homolog 1), also referenced as Probable tRNA pseudouridine synthase 1 and PUS4 (UniProt Q8WWH5). The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a stated sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. It is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. TRUB1 is an enzyme involved in pseudouridylation, an RNA modification process relevant to gene expression regulation, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, neurological disorders, and immune-related conditions.

The published linearity and recovery data cover serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Recovery averages are reported as 94% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma, with respective ranges of 87–105%, 86–105%, and 88–105%. The procedure includes reagent equilibration, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin binding, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
