TRRAP (Transformation/Transcription domain-Associated Protein) is a large multi-domain adaptor and coactivator that recruits histone acetyltransferase complexes such as TIP60 and SAGA to chromatin, supporting transcriptional activation, DNA damage response, and oncogenic signaling. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of human TRRAP for laboratory research applications spanning epigenetics, transcription factor biology, MYC-driven tumor studies, and chromatin-modifier investigations.

The reagents are supplied in a microplate format for a complete plate of determinations, with capture antibody pre-coated onto the wells. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while the working dilution of detection antibody is kept at refrigerated temperature (4°C) until use.
